Abstract:
To provide an acetylene burner that is constituted by assembling multiple components, improves heating performance and prevents back fire.SOLUTION: An acetylene burner A has a body center 10 having an outlet hole 13 where a mixed gas of oxygen and acetylene gas is made to flow out, a nozzle 20 constituted integrally with the body center, a cap 30 fitted in the body center and constituting a flow path 41 where the mixed gas circulates between an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle and itself, and an ejection hole 40 constituted at an end of the flow path and ejecting the mixed gas. The nozzle has a body part 21 formed in the body center side and having the size from a center to an outer circumferential surface being equal to or smaller than the size from the center of the body center of the outlet hole 13 formed in the body center to an inner edge of the center side. The cap has a body center fitting part 31 fitted with the body center, and a flow path part 32 formed continuously with the body center fitting part and having the size from the center to an inner circumferential surface being equal to or larger than the size from the center of the body center of the outlet hole formed in one side face of the body center to an outer edge of the side separated from the center. The ejection hole is formed continuously with the body part of the nozzle or continuously with the flow path part of the cap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
