Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and lightweight acicular magnetic metal body recovery device of high detection efficiency and reliability capable of promptly detecting/recovering an acicular magnetic metal body through simple operation even in the case where the acicular magnetic metal body falls down onto a floor surface and moves to a corner of a room or under a shelf.SOLUTION: The acicular magnetic metal body recovery device includes a grip part 21 in one end of a shaft 20 and a recovery unit 1 for recovering the acicular magnetic metal body in another end and is movable longitudinally and laterally. The recovery unit 1 includes: a columnar magnetic substance metal attraction member 11 formed by alternately laminating a plurality of permanent magnet plates and magnetic plates for magnetically attracting the acicular magnetic metal body; a cylindrical casing 12 in which the columnar magnetic substance metal attraction member 11 is accommodated in a freely rotatable manner and which is fixed to the shaft 20 so as not to be rotated; a sensor part 3 for detecting the recovery of the acicular magnetic metal body; and wheels 14 which are provided at both sides of the casing 12 in a freely rotatable manner.
