Abstract:
To provide a novel acid hydroxide having high thermal stability without causing water desorption in an intermediate temperature range, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: An acid hydroxide according to the present invention is represented by BaInO(OH)and has a hexagonal structure. Such an acid hydroxide can be produced by heating at 300°C or higher in an atmosphere containing 30 vol% or higher of water vapor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
