Abstract:

To provide a acidproof concrete having an improved productivity without a cost-up, along with improving a fluidity of the fresh concrete, by suppressing the change in slump properties with the lapse of time and lengthening the workable time.

This acidproof concrete is obtained by mixing a cement composition comprising (a) a surface melted incineration ash of 10-85 wt.%, (b) an alkali silicate on the basis of solid content of 5-40 wt.%, (c) an alumina cement of 5-30 wt.%, (d) a melted slag having a CaO/SiO2 mole ratio of over 1.2 of 2-40 wt.%, and (e) alkali metal salts of 1-30 wt.%, with (f) an aggregate as well as water, and then by steam curing thus obtained mixture.
