Abstract:

To provide an acid-resistant cement material which has an acid resistance required at a place contacting an acid or the like in a sewage treatment plant or the like and excellent initial strength development and long term strength development, is low-priced and excellent in workaility, and is usable for manufacturing a civil engineering or building member used for an acid resistance use.

The acid-resistant cement material comprises portland cement, blast furnace slag fine powder, and metakaolin, the proportions of which are 50-200 pts.wt. of the blast furnace slag fine powder baed on 100 pts.wt. of the portland cement and 2-10 pts.wt. of the metakaolin based on 100 pts.wt. in total of the portland cement, the blast furnace slag fine powder and the metakaolin.
