Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an acid washing simulation device which correctly simulates an acid washing state of under the actual machine operation and has the same acid washing time as an acid washing time of the actual machine operation.
CONSTITUTION: This device is installed with an acid washing tank 1 filled with acid liquid 2, a heater 4 heating the acid liquid 2 and keeping its temp., a circular plate 6 generating a liquid flow by rotating the acid liquid in the acid washing tank 1, a motor 8 driving the circular plate 6, and a test piece holder 12 holding a test piece 13 in the acid liquid fixed to either the circular plate 6 or the acid washing tank 1.
