PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agents of improving acne by inhibiting proliferation of acne bacteria, namely, biofilm destructive compositions.SOLUTION: An acne bacteria biofilm destructive composition contains at least one acne bacteria biofilm destructive component (A) selected from the group consisting of isopropyl methylphenol, salicylic acid, glycyrrhizinic acid, ibuprofen piconol, sulfadiazine and salts thereof, ethanol, resorcin, sulfur, and benzoyl peroxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
