PURPOSE: To individually execute the correspondence of a sound in one space, where a lot of people are gathered, by providing plural parametric speakers, with which an acoustic wave is radiated only in a specified area, and dividing the space according to the radiating areas of the acoustic waves from the respective parametric speakers.
CONSTITUTION: Plural parametric speakers 1 are arranged on a ceiling 4 of a room 3 and the inside of the room 3 is divided into plural radiating areas 2 according to the radiating areas 2 where the acoustic waves outputted from the respective parametric speakers 1 are radiated. The parametric speaker 1 uses untrasonic waves, which can not be heard by a human being, as two tones f1 and f2. Then, the speaker 1 is set so that a tone f1-f2 to be difference between the frequencies of these two tones f1 and f2 can be an audible tone. Then, the audible tone generated in the specified area can be sent to the people in the specified area with directivity. Thus, music heard by the people in the specified area 2 of a certain parametric speaker 1 is not heard by the people in the other area. Then, the music played in the radiating area 2 of the other parametric speaker 1 is not heard by the people in the radiating area 2. Accordingly, a user can enjoy the music only to be preferable for the user himself.
