CONSTITUTION: An object generating means 19 generates graphic information by user operation information inputted by a pointing device 13. Acoustic effect information meeting a condition is selected from acoustic effect information preliminarily registered in an acoustic effect management means 17 based on inputted user operation information. A pair of generated graphic information and acoustic effect information are registered in an object management means 18. Consequently, the acoustic effect for picking or display of graphics is efficiently defined without being finely set each time.
