To provide an acoustic resistance measurement apparatus whereby the acoustic resistance of a single acoustic tube can be measured and to provide an acoustic resistance adjustment method of the acoustic tube using the same.

The acoustic resistance measurement apparatus 11 includes: a sound source body 22 arranged in a housing 12 and generating a sound wave in a direction of an opening end 12b; and an acoustic receiving body 32 that can freely transduce the sound wave into a sound pressure signal. The acoustic receiving body 32 includes a microphone 33 arranged in a base end side opening 43 of the acoustic tube 42 to be measured; and a stand 34 for supporting the microphone 33 to close the opening end 12b of the housing 12, the microphone 33 transducing the sound wave reaching inside the acoustic tube 42 via a partition plate 14 and an acoustic resistance hole 45 from the sound source body 22 into the sound pressure while a tip side opening 44 of the acoustic tube 42 is closed via the partition plate 14 in the housing 12. Further, the apparatus 11 can also adjust the acoustic resistance of the acoustic tube 42.
