To improve workability in assembly operation of an acoustic transducer.
An acoustic transducer includes a drive unit 2 having a pair of magnets 6, 6, a york 5, a coil 7, and an armature 9 to be fixed to the yoke and having a vibration part 14, which oscillates when driving current is supplied to the coil and is arranged between the pair of magnets after penetrating through the coil; and a diaphragm unit 3 having a holding frame 20 that is fixed to the drive unit and whose one surface is a first composition surface 20a to be jointed to the drive unit and the other surface is a second composition surface 20b, a resin film 21 pasted to the holding frame, a diaphragm 22 being held inside the holding frame, and a beam part 23 whose both ends are respectively connected to the diaphragm and the vibration part; and a housing unit 4 having a case body 26 to house the drive unit and the diaphragm unit. In a state of inserting the drive unit and the diaphragm unit into the case body, a cover body is pressed a sealant 30 filled in the second composition surface of the holding frame from the opposite side of the second composition surface to seal respective gaps among the case body, the cover body, and the holding frame by the sealant.
