PURPOSE: To lower the noise of a wide range of frequency bands and to enable the dealing with the miniaturization of apparatus by combining and disposing plural blank materials having a high sound absorbent effect and varying in the frequency bands to a band shape in the direction parallel with the sound absorbent surface.

CONSTITUTION: The blank material 1 and blank material 2 having the high sound absorbent effect and varying in the frequency bands are combined and disposed to the band shape in the direction parallel with the sound absorbent surface 104 to form an sound absorbent layer 102. When two kinds of the blank materials 1, 2 are combined and disposed in such a manner, the sound absorbent characteristics of this time are such that the sounds of the frequency bands of a wider range can be absorbed as compared with the respective sound absorbent characteristics. As a second embodiment two kinds of the blank materials having the high sound absorbent effect and varying in the frequency bands are combined and disposed zigzag in the direction parallel with sound absorbent surface 104 to form the sound absorbent layer 102. Further, as a third embodiment, two kinds of the blank materials having the high sound absorbent effect and varying in the frequency bands are combined and disposed to a concentrical shape parallel with the sound absorbent surface to form the sound absorbent layer 102.
