PURPOSE: To obtain a low-cost injection molding which easily has a coating film having sufficient thickness and has senses of high grade and depth and an excellent surface external appearance.
CONSTITUTION: This acrylic film laminated injection molding is obtained by heating an acrylic film and then vacuum molding it in a mold having a vacuum evacuating function. In this case, the heating temperature is preferably the temperature for softening the film or higher. Thus, when a three-dimensional shape is given to the film by the vacuum molding, the film has a plenty of elongation at the time of high temperature, and is vary advantageous. After the three-dimensional shape is given by the vacuum molding, the film by the injection molding is melted to be integrated with a base material resin. The base material resin is necessary to be melted and sticked to the acrylic film, and preferably the resin which contains ABS resin, AS resin, polycarbonate resin, vinyl chloride resin or these resins as main ingredients.
