Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acryl modified polyolefin resin containing no halogen atom, excellent in compatibility, strongly adhering to a polyolefin material and excellent in moisture heat resistance and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided an acryl modified polyolefin resin (C) represented by the general formula (1). In the general formula (1), Rrepresents hydrogen or an alkyl group, Rrepresents a bivalent group constituted by at least one kind selected from an alkylene group, an arylene group and an alkyleneoxy group, (A) represents a polyolefin resin (A) residue, and (B) represents an acryl resin (B) residue.SELECTED DRAWING: None
