Abstract:
To provide an acrylic urethane composite resin in which a coating film formed from an aqueous coating composition is excellent in chipping resistance and flip-flop property when being used as a component of the aqueous coating composition.SOLUTION: An acrylic urethane composite resin contains (A) a urethane resin part obtained from components containing (a1) a polyisocyanate component and (a2) (a2-1) a compound having two or more hydroxyl groups and one or more polymerizable unsaturated groups, and (a2-2) a polyol component containing polycarbonate polyol, and (B) an acrylic resin part obtained from a component containing (b) a compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group and no or one hydroxyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
