Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acryl urethane composite resin for aqueous adhesive excellent in blocking property even under a low temperature dry condition, having low odor and exhibiting excellent substrate adhesiveness to a treated/untreated film substrate and an aqueous adhesive using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an acryl urethane composite resin for aqueous adhesive by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (E) to an urethane prepolymer (C-1) by reacting polyol (A) and polyisocyanate (B) with a both terminal mercapto group-containing urethane urea resin (C-2) by reacting a compound (D) represented by the general formula (1) as a chain transfer agent, having acid value of both terminal mercapto group-containing urethane urea resin (C-2) of less than 5 mgKOH/g, blended amount of the ethylenic unsaturated monomer (E) is in a range of 30 to 180 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of both terminal mercapto group-containing urethane urea resin (C-2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
