To provide an actinic-radiation-curable resin composition for forming a hard coat which protects the surface of a touch panel or the like.
The actinic-radiation-curable resin composition is characterized by comprising (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate and (B) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate at an (A)/(B) mass ratio of 0.1/99.9 to 15/85, (A) of the urethane (meth)acrylate being a product obtained by reacting to (B), as essential raw material components, (C) a polyalkylene glycol having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 5,000 to 30,000 with (D) a polyisocyanate and (E) a (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group in the molecule; and by using (b1) a monomeric tetra- or more functional (meth)acrylate and (b2) an oligomeric polyfunctional (meth)acrylate having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 600 to 3,000 together for the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (B).
