A main control unit in the buckle 20 controls a main output unit in the buckle 20 to output a first performance while determining that the ring 40A or the ring 40B is in a condition of approached, and controls the main output unit in the buckle 20 to output a second performance while determining that the ring 40A or the ring 40B is in a condition that is separated in the outputting of the first performance.
