To provide an action toy which can freely incline a head part in a front direction and a side direction with a simple structure, can control an angle of inclination, and can express various emotions by the direction and the angle of the inclination of the head part.

The action toy A of which the head part inclines in one direction of the front direction and the left and right directions satisfies such conditions as that, (α) a supporting plate 2 is disposed horizontally in the inside of the head part 1 to support the head part 1, (β) the supporting plate 2 and a trunk part 3 are connected by a coil spring 5, (γ) an end of a belt 12 is respectively fixed to a front edge and one of left and right edges of the above supporting plate 2, and (δ) the above trunk part 3 is disposed at the inside with a turning body 15 which can turn vertically and a driving mechanism 4 which turns the turning body 15, wherein the other end of the belt 12 is respectively fixed to the both ends of the rotator 15.
