To provide a novel action toy that dissolves solute by a solvent and causes action members to move.SOLUTION: An action toy whose configuration is changed by using dissolution of solute by a prescribed solvent and includes: action components which are visible from outside and are moved by a prescribed energizing force from a first position to a second position; and a solid solute which detains the action components at the first position against the energizing force.
