Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene monolith which has a high specific surface area and a high adsorption rate of molecules, and is excellent in electrical and thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: An activated graphene monolith has a BET specific surface area of 500 m/g or more. A graphene oxide monolith is obtained by unidirectional freezing and drying of a colloidal solution of graphene oxide, next a graphene monolith is obtained by reduction treatment of the graphene oxide monolith, and the activated graphene monolith is obtained by producing the activated graphene monolith by activation treatment of the graphene monolith.
