Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the stability of a filter in the case of updating the filter coefficient of an adaptive IIR (infinite impulse response) digital filter.
CONSTITUTION: This active control device has a coefficient control part 21 for updating the filter coefficient of the adaptive IIR digital filter 16 so as to minimize an output error signal level and a coefficient control part 19 for updating the filter coefficient of a circulation part 17 and uses the filter 16 constituted so as to execute the updating of respective filter coefficients by the control parts 19, 21 in parallel or with time division.
