An operating force has a component oriented by a tangential direction with respect to a hole 6 of an outside part 5. The component oriented by the tangential direction with respect to the hole 6 of the outside part 5 has at least the same magnitude as the component oriented in a radial direction with respect to the hole 6 of the outside part 5.
