Title:
ACTIVE ENERGY-CURABLE INK COMPOSITION FOR WATER-FREE LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3235234
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an active energy ray-curable ink composition good in scumming resistance, free from peeling, piling, etc., of paper, capable of giving good properties to printed products, and used for water-free lithographic printing.
CONSTITUTION: The active energy ray-curable ink composition for water-free lithographic printing comprises an ethylenically unsaturated compound having a viscosity of ≤400cps (25°C), an ethylenically unsaturated compound having a viscosity of >400cps (20°C), and a diallyl phthalate polymer resin or alkyd resin in amounts of 20-45wt.%, 0-30wt.% and 15-30wt.%, respectively, based on the whole amount of the ink composition, and having a dynamic elastic modulus G' of 104-105dyn/cm2 (25°C) when an angular frequency ω(rad/sec) is 102.
