The active energy ray-curable coating composition contains a (meth)acrylic resin having a radical polymerizable unsaturated group and an epoxidized vegetable oil (meth)acrylate. The epoxidized vegetable oil (meth)acrylate is preferably an epoxidized soybean oil (meth)acrylate; and the (meth)acrylic resin having a radical polymerizable unsaturated group preferably contains a hydroxy group.
