To provide an active energy ray-curable composition capable of forming a laminate excellent in transparency, mechanical strength, adhesion, weather resistance, and flexibility, and to provide the laminate obtained by employing the same.
The laminate is obtained by forming a primer layer composed of an acrylic polymer on a substrate, such as a film or sheet-like substrate, and by forming a hard coat layer which is formed by irradiating the coated film of the active energy ray-curable composition with active energy rays. A composition containing a multifunctional (meth)acrylate, urethane (meth)acrylate, an ultraviolet absorber, a hindered amine compound, and a photopolymerization initiator in a specific proportion is used as the active energy ray-curable composition.
