To provide an active energy ray-curable composition for an optical material excellent in low viscosity, storage stability, low foaming property, low-temperature curing, low warpage, depth curability, heat-resistance and light-resistance transparency, rubber properties, crack resistance, moisture permeation resistance, and designability, and to provide a cured product, and a production method.
The active energy ray-curable composition for an optical material includes: (A) an acrylic polymer obtained by living radical polymerization and having at least one (meth)acryloyl group per molecule, wherein the (meth)acryloyl group is represented by general formula (1)-OC(O)C(Ra)=CH2; (B) a photoradical polymerization initiator. The active energy ray-curable composition for an optical material optionally includes: (C) a methacrylic acid ester monomer represented by general formula (2) Rb-OC(O)C(CH3)=CH2; and/or (D) a compound having an epoxy group.
