Abstract:
To provide: an active energy ray-curable release agent composition which has good release force, residual adhesion ratio, and solvent resistance, can be coated on a hard-to-coat substrate such as polyethylene and the like, and does not contain silicone; and a coating film formation method and a release liner using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an active energy ray-curable release agent composition, comprising: a urethane (meth)acrylate (D) which contains on average 3 or more (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule with its concentration being 8 equivalents or more per 1 kg; and an active energy ray-curable release component obtained by reacting a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate (A), an organic isocyanate (B), and a C8-22 higher alcohol (C) at a ratio of the hydroxy group equivalent of (C) to the isocyanate group equivalent of (B) being 0.17 to 0.67. The (D) component is a reaction product obtained by performing urethane reaction of a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate having a different chemical structure from the (A) component with an organic isocyanate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
