To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition capable of imparting the resultant cure coating film with high antidazzlingness over a wide film thickness range and also slight in the decline of transparency and adhesion to base, and to provide a method for forming cured coating film using the composition.
The active energy ray-curable resin composition essentially comprises (A) a solvent comprising water and a water-miscible organic solvent(a) lower in boiling point than water, (B) a surfactant, (C) an active energy ray-curable resin component insoluble to water but soluble to the solvent(a), and (D) organic microparticles insoluble to the solvent(a) and the component(C) and higher in affinity for water than the component(C). The method for forming the cured coating film comprises coating a base with the resin composition so that the film thickness is larger than the average size of the organic microparticles, followed by drying and then irradiating the dried coating film with active energy rays.
