To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition for forming a cured film having excellent hardness, scratch resistance and contamination resistance, to provide the cured film using the composition and to provide a layered product.

The composition is formed by compounding, in a specified composition range, a multifunctional (meth)acrylate derivative (A) including an organic inorganic composite having a specified structure, a mono- to tetra-functional (meth)acrylate and/or (meth)acrylamide (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C) and an active energy ray-curable compound (D-1) including one or more groups selected from among a polydimethylsiloxane group, a perfluoroalkyl group and a perfluoroalkylene group. The surface of the cured film obtained under a specified condition from the composition has pencil hardness of HB or more and the composition has 10 to 500 mPa s viscosity at 25°C and contains ≤5 wt.% organic solvent in the composition.
