To provide an active energy ray curing type lithographic ink by which print having excellent printability such as curing properties and staining resistance is made possible and a printed matter having excellent print coated film strength can be provided.
In the active energy ray curing type lithographic ink including a resin (a), an active energy ray curable compound (b) and a pigment (c), the resin (a) is synthesized by performing addition reaction of an acrylate compound and an ,-unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof to a resin acid and then reacting a polyhydric alcohol with the resultant adduct, 10 to 40 wt.% resin (a) is included in the total ink amount, 30 to 75 wt.% active energy ray curable compound (b) is included in the total ink amount and 5 to 40 wt.% pigment (c) is included in the total ink amount.
