Abstract:

To provide an inexpensive and safe active energy ray-curable film-forming composition that has excellent adhesivity to films and molded articles formed from a plastic, especially a polyolefin resin, a polyester resin and an aramid resin, has a simple composition and is simply produced, and to provide a plastic product firmly coated with a coating film having high adhesivity and peel resistance obtained by curing the composition.

The active energy ray-curable film-forming composition includes 20-95 wt.% of a urethane (meth)acrylate and 80-5 wt.% of a maleic anhydride monomer that is obtained by copolymerizing a maleic anhydride monomer with an unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the monomer in the weight ratio of 25-65:75-35 and has a weight-average molecular weight of 2,000-100,000 and a glass transition point of at lowest 50°C. The plastic product is obtained by coating a film or molded article made of a plastic with the active energy ray-curable film-forming composition and forming a cured coating film.
