In this active liquid-sealed vibration control device comprising an actuator 26 for vibrating and driving a vibration plate 24 as a part of a chamber wall of a first liquid chamber 16, the actuator 26 is composed of a fixed element 54 fixed to a second mounting fixture 12 side and the movable element 56 connected with the vibration plate 24 for vibrating and driving the same, and the fixed element 54 is formed into the annular shape surrounding the outer periphery of the movable element 56 to axially reciprocatably supporting the movable element. A cylindrical extension portion 106 extending toward the fixed element 54 is formed on an annular member 30 connected with a peripheral edge portion of a rubber film portion 46 of the vibration plate 24, a first seal rubber 108 kept into contact with an upper face 54a of the fixed element 54 is mounted in its tip portion 106c, and an inner space 102 with respect to a contact portion 100 with the upper face 54a is sealed to an outer peripheral space 104 of the fixed element.
