Abstract:
To effectively use an active material using an expensive metal by repeatedly reusing it at plural times.SOLUTION: An active material recycle system is an active material recycle system that repeatedly uses a coated active material in a lithium ion battery having an electrode active material layer formed by a non-binding body of the coated active material of which each of active material particles is coated with a coating material. The active material recycle system comprises: a step of determining a recycle period as a primary product by comparing a battery capacitance which is defined in a specification as the battery capacitance and the primary product by transmitting the battery capacitance measured by a battery capacitance measurement part on a computer connected via an electric communication line is transmitted from the battery capacitance measurement part measuring the battery capacitance of the lithium ion battery as a primary product; a step of decomposing the lithium ion battery as a primary product to fetch the coated active material; and a step of producing the lithium ion battery as a secondary product by using the coated active material to be fetched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
