Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a product holding immune globulin and other active protein components contained in a raw milk such as mother's milk or cow's milk and inactivated in virus.
CONSTITUTION: The active milk protein-containing product produced by a method containing a process comprising adding a stabilizer consisting of a sugar alcohol, a disaccharide or the disaccharide and an amino acid to a milk plasma or milk serum and subsequently heating the mixture at approximately 60°C at a pH of 6-8 for approximately 10hrs, or further through a process comprising adding ammonium sulfate so as to make its concentration 30-60%(W/V) and collecting the produced precipitates at a pH of 4-7, and the method for producing the product. The virus-free product is obtained without deteriorating the active protein.
