Abstract:
To provide a wireless communication device and a method that receive two-step grant for uplink transmission from a wireless communication network in a wireless terminal device that operates according to an intermittent reception (DRX) setting.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device determines whether the device has received a first trigger of two-step grant (502), and in response to a determination that the device has received the first trigger, enters a state of listening to a physical downlink control channel in search of a message from a network (504).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
