Abstract:
To provide an active tube capable of free bending and improving the response speed and the controllability of the bend angle.
The active tube 1 which has bend sections 10a-10e bending actively is characterized by including light response members 12a-12e having each different light response wavelength, an optical fiber part 4 irradiating the light response members with the light, and a light emitting part 6 which can selectively radiate the light with at least one wavelength corresponding to the light response wavelength of the light response member.
