Abstract:
To provide an activity management system and a method for visualizing business activities, performing quantitative execution management, and improving productivity.SOLUTION: A computer extracts business tasks required by an administrator, and when the time and the number of business tasks required for these business tasks are set, a profitability determination unit models the set business tasks, and determines whether or not the modeled business task is profitable. An activity planning part derives budget values for profitable business tasks based on previous performance and calculation models, and plans a budget for the business tasks. When an operation of the business task is performed by personnel based on the budget, an activity negotiation result information recording unit records operation information performed by the personnel.
