PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity amount measurement apparatus capable of suppressing hypoglycemia by presenting an appropriate activity amount, strength of activity, an alert, etc. according to a blood sugar level.SOLUTION: An activity amount meter 10 (an activity amount measurement apparatus 10) includes: a blood sugar value acquisition part 42 for acquiring blood sugar value data GD on a user 100; and a setting control part 46 for setting an activity target value AT and METs target value MT when the user 100 does an activity based on the acquired blood sugar value data GD. Thereby, the activity mount meter 10 presents an appropriate activity amount and the strength of the activity according to the blood sugar value of the user 100 so that the user 100 becomes conscious of an appropriate activity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
