Abstract:

To perform compensation of a non-sensitive zone according to the fluctuation of the width of the non-sensitive zone of a control valve mechanism by a peripheral temperature and to rapidly move an actuator to a target value.

Pressure oil from a hydraulic pump 1 is fed and discharged to and from a hydraulic cylinder 3 through a spool valve 6 and a rod 3C is slid and displaced. Further, the spool 13 of the spool valve 6 is slid and displaced by an electromagnetic actuator 16, and the electronic actuator 16 is controlled by a control unit 17 consisting of a proportional computing circuit, an integrating computing circuit, and a compensation computing device. The compensation computing device variably sets a compensation computing value based on the fluctuation period of a deviation from a deviation computing circuit and the control unit 17 outputs a control signal, by which feedback control of the hydraulic cylinder 3 is effected, to the electromagnetic actuator 16 as non-sensitive zone compensation equivalent to the non-sensitive zone of the spool valve 6 is effected based on a compensation computation value.
