Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly move an actuator and stop it to a target value by automatically correcting the deviation of the return position, to be generated on a control valve mechanism caused by the ambient temperature and the manufacturing error. SOLUTION: In a hydraulic cylinder 3, pressure oil from a hydraulic pump 1 is supplied and discharged through a spool valve 6, and a rod 3C is slid and displaced. A spool 13 of the spool valve 6 is slid and displaced by an electromagnetic actuator 16, and the electromagnetic actuator 16 is controlled by a control unit 17 composed of a proportional computing circuit, an integral computing circuit, a compensating computing circuit, and a transient state judging circuit. The transient state judging circuit performs judgment of the transient state on the basis of a target value from a target valve setting unit 28, and the control unit 17 outputs a feedback control signal for controlling the hydraulic cylinder 3 to the electromagnetic actuator 16 on the basis of the judged result of the transient state.
