Abstract:
To make a generation force of an actuator follow a target generation force even when the detection resolution of a detection section for detecting a position of a moving section of the actuator is low.SOLUTION: The actuator controller includes: a determination section 13 for determining whether or not an error exists at a position of a detected moving section; a disturbance observer section 14 which estimates a position of the moving section from an action current for operating the moving section and outputs a correction signal using the position detected by a detection 3 and the estimated position; and a control section 12 which controls an actuator 2 on the basis of the correction signal and makes a generation force of the actuator 2 follow a target generation force. The disturbance observer section 14 changes a disturbance correction gain for generating the correction signal according to a determination result from the determination section 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
