Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an actuator controller capable of ensuring high safety in consideration of a responding time of an operator by enabling the return or the like of a piston after keeping a control condition before failures only for a predetermined time after the occurrence of failures.
CONSTITUTION: A change-over valve 33 capable of changing over fluid chambers 23, 24 between a first change-over position (c) in which both chambers communicate to each other and a second change-over position (b) in which both chambers are shut off from each other according to pressure supplied from a pilot path 35 is provided, while a time lag element 50 is provided which has a pressure accumulating means 51 for accumulating by normal working fluid pressure to hold pilot pressure a predetermined pressure when pressure on the supply source side is reduced and a throttle path for connecting the pressure accumulating means 51 or a pilot path 35 through a throttle valve 52a to the supply source side to reduce gradually the pilot pressure from the predetermined pressure in the reduction of the supplied pressure. The time lag element 50 is changed over to the first change-over position (c) after holding the change-over valve 33 by a predetermined time in the second change-over position (b) at the time of the reduction of the supplied pressure.
