PURPOSE: To receive a control signal between each actuator, so as to expedite and ensure energizing/extinguishing for a distributed process controller of plural actuators arranged by providing a means for temporarily or constantly retaining the data on the condition of the actuator acquired by a sensor.

CONSTITUTION: A control part of a controller of an actuator, connected to a cylinder part which is linked with a looped air supply tube route 22 together, is composed of a valve mechanism 52, an input/output circuit 54, a detector 56, a driving 58, and of a calculator 60. The speed and acceleration of a piston, as well as the fluid pressure in the cylinder are detected by the detector 56, and are retained in a storage memory 72 that forms the calculator 60 through the input/output circuit 54, and a data signal of specified address is read by a communication interface 75 through an optical fiber 32, while the driving device 58 is driven. A control signal is received between each actuator, and energizing/extinguishing control can thus be promptly performed.
