Title:
ACTUATOR FOR DUST COLLECTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02191582
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To recover the dust generated during working and to prevent the contamination of the surrounding with a shoe polishing device by rotating the actuating means (brush) in a frame body having an aperture at one end by the suction air flow flowing in a casing communicating with the frame body.

CONSTITUTION: The actuating means (brush) 2 connecting to a revolving shaft 7 is mounted in the hermetic frame body 1 having the aperture at one end and the casing 4 forming an air flow passage 14 is provided to communicate a suction system from this frame body 1. Rotary vanes 9 which consist of plural radial blades and rotate at the same phase with the phase of the above- mentioned shaft 7 and a throttling body 15 which introduces the sucked air flow into the blade group of the vanes 9 are provided in this casing 4. The suction system is operated by this constitution and the air in the frame body 1 is propagated by the throttling body 15 of the casing and is brought into collision against the blade group, by which the vanes 9 are rotated at a high speed and the brush 2 is rotated at a high speed via the shaft 7.
