Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the temperature of an exciting coil from rising excessively to contrive a reduction in an exciting current and a reduction in the life of the exciting coil by a method wherein oil is housed in a case to dip at least one part of the coil in the oil.
CONSTITUTION: Oil 23 is housed in a case 10 and the whole bodies of a stator core 13 and an exciting coil 15 and one part of a movable element 12 are dipped in the oil. A cover plate 25 is made contact with an aperture provided in the upper end of the case 10 via a packing 24, the cover plate 25 is clamped on the case 10 by screws and the aperture provided in the case 10 is precisely shut. Thereby, heat generated in the coil 15 is transmitted to the case 10 through a bobbin 14 and the core 13 and at the same time, the heat is transmitted to the case 10 through the oil 23. Accordingly, a heat transfer from the coil 15 to the case 10 can be efficiently made to conduct and a temperature rise of the coil 15 can be inhibited.
