An actuator 20 includes a magnet 3, a yoke (magnetic material) 4, a coil 5, a holder 7 for holding an optical member 6, a base (support) 9, a terminal 10 for supplying a current to the coil 5, a wire holding portion 12 on the holder side formed on the holder 7 and a wire supporting portion 11 on the base side formed on the base 9. The wire supporting portion 11 on the base side is formed of an elastic member. A power supply wire 15 fed out from the coil 5 is routed to the wire holding portion 12 on the holder side, the wire supporting portion 11 on the base side and the terminal 10. When the holder 7 is displaced by electromagnetic induction phenomenon, a tension applied to the power supply wire 15 is absorbed through deformation of the wire supporting portion 11 on the base side.
