Abstract:
To facilitate the manufacturing of a gel-like member with necessary characteristics, in the manufacturing of an actuator connecting a moving body and a fixed body by the gel-like member.SOLUTION: When manufacturing a first connection body 11 and a second connection body 12 (gel-like member) connected to a support 2 and a moving body 3, an additive is added to a two-pack gel material G in which the first material and the second material are blended in a predetermined blending ratio, stirred and dispersed, and thermally cured to produce a gel-like member containing the additive. The type and content of the additive are determined based on target values of vibration characteristics and fracture strength. By adding a silica filler, the resonance frequency of an actuator 1 is shifted to the higher side, and the fracture strength is increased. By adding fine particles of silicone resin, the resonance frequency of the actuator 1 is shifted to the higher side, the acceleration of the moving body 3 is increased, and the vibration strength of the actuator 1 is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
