Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator with high positioning accuracy.SOLUTION: The actuator 1 includes a screw shaft 101, a nut 102, a sleeve 110, a rotation mechanism section 120 for rotating the sleeve 110, a rotation detection section 130, and a housing 140. The nut 102 has a body portion 103 extending in the axial direction of the screw shaft 101 and a flange portion 104 provided at one axial end portion of the body portion 103. The flange portion 104 is screwed to the front end face 110a of the sleeve 110 in a state where the body portion 103 is fitted in the sleeve 110. The sleeve 110 is rotatably journaled by a first bearing portion 150 constituted by angular contact ball bearings of a rear combination and a second bearing portion 170 constituted by deep groove ball bearings. The first bearing portion 150 pivotally supports the end portion of the sleeve 110 on the flange portion 104 side. The second bearing portion 170 pivotally supports the end portion of the sleeve 110 on the side opposite to the flange portion 104 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
