To provide an actuator for a mobile device reducible in size and weight by a simple constitution.
The actuator has air cylinders 25A and 25B, a moving body 24 moved in the approaching/separating direction with respect to a wall surface F by the air cylinders 25A and 25B, an adhesive sheet 26 arranged between the moving body 24 and the wall surface F, an adhesive sheet exchanging means 28 for exchanging the adhesive sheet 26 positioned between the moving body 24 and the wall surface F, a heating coil 43 arranged in the moving body 24 and adjusting a temperature of the adhesive sheet 26, and an adhesive sheet strip-off tension applying means 47 moving to a retreat position by bonding the moving body 24 to the wall surface F via the adhesive sheet 26, stripping off the adhesive sheet 26 from the moving body 24 by moving to an advance position from the retreat position and applying predetermined tension to the adhesive sheet 26.
